Terms & Conditions of Use for the warbet Platform

1. Interpretation and Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses the warbet platform.

warbet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any account registration application without having to provide any reason.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The warbet platform accepts deposits via approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by warbet. The withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours from the time the request is received, subject to successful verification.

Users may only withdraw funds to an account or e-wallet registered in their own name. warbet reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate these terms will be cancelled, and the account in question will be suspended while an investigation is carried out. warbet reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

warbet offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made.

As a calculation guide:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,500 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000

All other bonuses and promotions offered by warbet from time to time are subject to specific terms that will be stated alongside the relevant offer. Users are advised to read the promotion terms carefully before accepting them.

warbet reserves the right to cancel any bonus awarded if there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting, or any form of bonus abuse.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the warbet platform, users agree not to engage in the following activities:

• The user is involved in fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• There is evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• The user is involved in bonus abuse or betting system abuse
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

If an account is suspended due to fraud or a breach of terms, warbet reserves the right to hold the balance in that account while an investigation is carried out. Funds proven to have been obtained through illegitimate means will be fully forfeited.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the warbet customer support team. Voluntary account closure is subject to the settlement of all active bets and the withdrawal of any legitimate remaining funds.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
